"Prior to working with Mikey, I didn't have the knowledge I do now. I always knew I needed to do something to maintain my health, get the body I wanted, and simply add an activity outside of work and school; my only problem was being ready to commit to a plan and wanting to make the changes for myself. After working with Mikey, the first thing I noticed was a boost in energy. I also found that I slept a little better at night. The next thing that followed was a natural glow and clear skin. I used to have obvious acne breakouts and those are literally 99% gone. If and when I do have any, its very minimal and barely noticeable. Working out in the gym was something I wasn't a huge fan of. I felt intimidated by the more knowledgable and fit people but Mikey taught me exactly how to use machines, what muscles were being triggered, and most importantly, formation. The gym finally made sense to me. I've gained physical strength and confidence (in the gym and with my body). He also taught me the importance of food intake and that eating healthy is not only great for you, but it can also taste really good. Another thing he taught me was supplementation, their purpose and why its important - this was something I was completely clueluess about but now know why they're useful in working out and helping you meet your goals. Overall, my experience with Mikey has been nothing but great. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really encouraging. He pushes you during workouts and notices when he sees changes. "I would always go to the gym use a couple cardio machines and leave, since I was also not familiar with weight training. It was getting extremely boring and I was not seeing any result. It was frustrating and I was fortunate enough that one day Michael offered to train me, I took his word for it not only because he is my friend but if you see him you can tell the guy knows what he is doing and second he is such a positive person with so much energy. So I thought why not lets do this!! It has been one of the best choices I have made. If you are interested in getting results, Michael Limbag is honestly the best choice! He is extremely positive, knowledgeable, hard working, and encourages all his clients. He isn't one of those trainers who just puts you on a machine and says do three reps of this, he is there with me during every exercise.Within a few sessions I started seeing a major difference, I am getting stronger and my endurance is much better too. I now go to the gym feeling more confident of what I am doing, I know what muscles I am working out, and have so much more energy than ever. My lifestyle, eating habits, and my body have all seen amazing changes in such a short period of time. He is extremely dedicated to his clientele and if you have any questions he is always available to answer them. Thanks Michael for inspiring me and helping me get fit."

"Training with Mike was one of the most technical and precise experiences that I have ever had. Because physical training can be worthless if not executed in the correct way, Mike ensures that I followed a tried and true system of body building. Following his system, I felt and saw results within weeks of the start of training with him. Mike is very professional in everything he does and ensures that you are getting the most out of each session.  He motivates you and encourages you. Not only does Mike show you proper form and techniques, he also educates you in proper nutrition, hydration, and supplements.  I've learned so much training with Mike that I am able to carry forward his program with success. Thank you Mike! "Hiring Mike as my trainer was one of the most impactful things I’ve ever done for myself.  When we began working together he took the time to get to know me on many levels, including my exercise history, health habits, diet, and goals.  Throughout our time together, Michael kept these things in mind.  He found supplements that complemented my plant-based diet and never pushed his own agenda on me.  Each workout that we did was very specific to my needs and abilities and I could feel myself progressing every day!  Not once did I feel like Mike was just going through the motions, as I have previously felt with other trainers.  He explained why particular exercises were beneficial for me, made adjustments to our plan regularly (based on my progress and comfort) and I saw incredible results in as little as 10 days!  I’ve also always felt very safe with Mike.  He spent as much time as was necessary to make sure I was exercising with proper form, always demonstrated each exercise for me (as many times as I needed) and documented what I had done in pictures and video in order to help me out when it was time to hit the gym solo. Mike’s flexibility, positive attitude, and professionalism have also made him one of the most enjoyable people I’ve encountered.  I’ve never felt (or looked) as healthy and fit as I do now and I owe that to Mike.  I can’t say that it wasn’t hard work, it was.  And I can’t say that there weren’t days or weeks when I didn’t slip up, there were.  Mike’s encouragement never failed to get me going though!  Mike’s passion for his work and for helping people really set him apart and I’m confident that anyone who’s lucky enough to work with him will feel the same way!"
